Assistante Administration des Ventes - Supply Chain

En respect des engagements de l’entreprise, les mots clés « Satisfaction clients » sont fortement intégrés dans l’esprit de chaque collaborateur de l’administration des ventes dont je fais fièrement partie.

De la saisie du contrat, de la prise de commande à la livraison des marchandises, au travers de divers canaux de communication, j’interagis avec différents types d’interlocuteurs, internes comme externes, dans l’objectif de coordonner et d’assurer le meilleur déroulement des opérations liées à l’exécution des commandes.

A l’aide du support informatique, de son amélioration continue, j’assure le traitement et le suivi des urgences, j’apporte des solutions adéquates à des problématiques en collaboration avec d’autres équipes afin de répondre à la satisfaction du client.

Cette fonction m’apporte beaucoup de joie, je m’investis avec énergie, rigueur, réactivité, responsabilité. Chaque difficulté rencontrée sur le terrain fait évoluer mon sens du service, l’empathie et l’écoute, cela permet d’affiner mes compétences.

D’autres points forts et stimulants dans la bonne tenue de mon poste au sein de cette équipe sont : bienveillance, bonne humeur, positivité, entraide.

Assistant ingénieur en fermentation

J’ai intégré l’équipe METEX à la suite de mon stage de fin de DUT en analyses biologiques et biochimiques. J’ai tout de suite été motivé par les valeurs de la société et par son objectif de trouver des alternatives durables à la pétrochimie.

Après plus de 20 ans d’expérience, j’ai évolué vers un poste d’assistant ingénieur en fermentation qui regroupe à la fois des compétences techniques et humaines.

Mon rôle aujourd’hui est de coordonner une équipe qui a pour but d’optimiser les procédés de fermentation allant de la fiole jusqu’au fermenteur de 5m3. Je travaille en lien direct avec plusieurs plateformes comme l’analyse, la biologie moléculaire et la purification ce qui m’a permis de développer de multiples compétences. La recherche de la performance et l’adaptabilité sont des éléments moteurs pour ma motivation quotidienne.

Chez Metex, je m’investis dans des projets ambitieux qui permettent de construire un avenir industriel plus vert.

Chef de projet Informatique Applicatif et Technique

À la suite d’un Master MIAGE et après 7 ans comme Responsable Informatique dans une entreprise de construction de maisons individuelles en bois, j’ai intégré le groupe Metabolic Explorer en tant que Chef de projet Informatique Applicatif et Technique au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information (DSI). 

Le groupe METEX participe activement à un monde meilleur sans pétrochimie. Cela passe par des produits bas Carbonne éco responsable. 

Ce message, je m’efforce de le transmettre, et plus particulièrement à mes enfants afin de consommer plus local, plus responsable. 

Mes missions principales au sein de la DSI et du groupe METEX sont le pilotage et la gestion de projets informatiques transverses, l’administration des outils Microsoft 365, le support aux utilisateurs ainsi qu’un rôle autour de la cyber Sécurité.

Le cadrage, la définition du besoin, la recherche de solutions, la gestion d’un planning, la documentation et la formation sont des piliers essentiels pour mener à bien les projets. 

Il faut surtout avoir en ligne de mire la qualité, le coût et les délais. 

Le reporting a une place importante pour identifier les éventuels écarts et ajuster nos actions pour garantir l’intégrité des systèmes. 

Une bonne cohésion d’équipe au sein de la DSI et un spectre d’intervention variés permet d’avoir une vision large de nos métiers et me motive au quotidien.

Responsable de l’unité de fermentation

Depuis 1997, j’ai acquis une expérience riche et variée dans le domaine de la production, en commençant par une expérience novatrice à l’époque qui consistait à intégrer des femmes dans les équipes de production.

Cette pratique a été pérennisée au fil des années et a permis d’enrichir considérablement nos équipes. Je travaille actuellement dans une entreprise innovatrice, qui encourage la promotion interne et valorise ses collaborateurs.

J’ai ainsi eu l’opportunité de progresser dans ma carrière en occupant différents postes de technicienne : de laboratoire, de recherche et développement de production.

En 2019, j’ai été promue au poste de responsable de l’unité de fermentation, où j’ai la responsabilité d’assurer la continuité et la régularité des opérations de production.

Mon rôle consiste également à gérer des équipes de professionnels talentueux tout en garantissant l’application des règlements et des procédures d’hygiène, de sécurité, d’environnement et de qualité.

Nous travaillons sur de nombreux projets d’optimisation, d’innovation et d’automatisation, ce qui est motivant dans une entreprise qui aspire à devenir le premier acteur européen pour la production par fermentation d’ingrédients fonctionnels d’origine naturelle.

Opérateur logistique

Je suis actuellement opérateur logistique chez METEX NØØVISTA depuis février 2021, soit avant le démarrage de la production.

J’ai pu participer à l’achèvement de la construction de l’usine, ce qui était une première pour moi.

Ceci m’a permis de découvrir l’ensemble du procédé de fermentation à partir de matière première renouvelable.

C’est une entreprise innovante tant dans son procédé de fermentation qu’en terme de transition écologique, la seule usine en Europe de production de PDO et d’AB. Elle permet de fournir une offre alternative, plus respectueuse de l’environnement, aux dérivés de produits fossiles.

Notre client principal est un leader mondial du marché des ingrédients des soins personnels.

Mon travail se compose de différentes fonctions : 

  • la réception de matière première, le dépotage de glycérine végétale qui n’est autre que notre matière principale mais également le dépotage d’acide sulfurique et ammoniaque qui reste des éléments essentiels à la composition de notre produit final.
  • le conditionnement du produit fini (PDO) dans différents contenants tels que des bidons de 25kg, des fûts de 200kg ou encore des IBC de 1000 kg.
  • le conditionnement du co-produit qu’est l’acide butyrique qui peutêtre utilisé dans la nutrition animale.

L’ambition de notre groupe METEX et de la direction est de devenir le leader mondial des ingrédients fonctionnels produits par fermentation.

Mon ambition est de participer activement chaque jour à la réalisation de cet objectif.

Chargée de Propriété Industrielle Microbiologie

« Passionnée par les microorganismes, j’ai travaillé pendant plusieurs années en tant que chercheuse dans des laboratoires académiques pour comprendre leur fonctionnement. Puis, vu leur extraordinaire potentiel d’innovation technologique, je me suis intéressée aux entreprises innovantes les utilisant et à la Propriété Industrielle. J’ai rejoint METabolic EXplorer (METEX) depuis octobre 2022 en tant qu’Ingénieure en Propriété Industrielle. METEX utilise des bactéries pour produire des molécules biosourcées sans pétrochimie, et donc ayant des bénéfices pour le développement durable et la planète, ce qui s’accorde parfaitement avec mes intérêts. Grâce à la confiance de METEX, j’ai pu intégrer le service de Propriété Industrielle qui assure la protection des innovations des filiales du groupe et qui garantit la liberté d’exploitation des différents projets. J’ai pu aussi bénéficier d’une formation personnalisée pour développer une double compétence en Propriété Industrielle.

Dans mon quotidien, j’allie Microbiologie, Propriété industrielle et Innovation. Je participe à l’analyse des déclarations d’inventions des équipes R&D et les études de brevetabilité. Je réalise des études de liberté d’exploitation dans le cadre des développements menés par le groupe. De plus, j’ai en charge la veille concurrentielle ainsi que le suivi des procédures de délivrance des demandes de brevets en France et à l’étranger en collaboration avec les cabinets mandatés. L’objectif est de protéger au mieux les innovations de METEX et obtenir un monopôle d’exploitation à durée déterminée. Ceci permet aussi à METEX de valoriser ses actifs, d’augmenter sa visibilité et son attractivité et de se distinguer de ses concurrents. C’est un métier passionnant avec de grandes responsabilités et beaucoup de collaborations, parfois des difficultés à surmonter mais qui sont toujours formatrices, et jamais de routine ni d’ennui. Et tout ceci dans un cadre dynamique, innovant et humain qui reflète les valeurs de METEX. »

Responsable Administrative et Financière

J’ai rejoint METEX à ses débuts en 2003 avec pour mission : internaliser la comptabilité générale et mettre en place une comptabilité analytique, véritable outil de gestion et de prise de décision pour l’équipe dirigeante.

Au fil du temps, le service financier s’est structuré pour soutenir le développement et la croissance de METEX, permettant à l’entreprise de se démarquer grâce à son modèle d’affaires. Au cours de mon parcours, j’ai eu la chance de jouer un rôle actif dans différentes levées de fonds, marquant des moments décisifs dans l’histoire de METEX comme en 2007 où l’entreprise s’est introduite en bourse. Cette levée de fond remarquable a marqué un tournant majeur dans le développement de l’entreprise lui ouvrant la voie à l’industrialisation de ses technologies.

Au cours de ces 20 dernières années, j’ai pu évoluer dans mes fonctions, et aujourd’hui, en tant que Responsable Administrative et Financière, je travaille au sein de la Direction financière groupe. Mon rôle principal est d’assurer une gestion financière rigoureuse en supervisant les opérations comptables, fiscales, de trésorerie et de contrôle de gestion pour la maison mère de METEX et sa filiale industrielle en Moselle. Je suis également en charge de la consolidation des comptes du Groupe, mission qui a pris une dimension plus importante encore avec l’entrée dans le périmètre de consolidation de notre nouvelle filiale industrielle en Picardie.

Travailler au sein de METEX est pour moi une aventure passionnante. Notre société est en perpétuel mouvement. Elle est dirigée par un fondateur visionnaire et une direction déterminée à réussir grâce à des équipes, avec un engagement incroyable, prêtes à relever les défis. Responsable de maintenance mécanique

Cela fait 14 ans que j’évolue sur le site d’Amiens, après plus de 13 ans en tant que technicien de maintenance mécanique, je suis aujourd’hui responsable de maintenance mécanique chez METEX NØØVISTAGO.

Mes valeurs premières, en tant que manager, sont la sécurité, l’humain et le professionnalisme, ce qui implique de la curiosité, de la rigueur et de la persévérance.

Les métiers de la maintenance sont très polyvalents : ils demandent à la fois de la technique, de l’administratif et de la communication, car nous travaillons avec plusieurs services tels que la production, la supply -chain, la comptabilité, l’informatique, le service inspection…

Sur le site METEX NØØVISTAGO d’Amiens étendu sur 40 hectares, mes équipes et moi-même disposons d’un savoir-faire couvrant une multitude de technologies différentes (machines tournantes, évaporateurs, équipements de fermentation, station d’épuration, conditionnement, filtrations liquide / solide).

Nos actions ont pour but de maintenir l’outil de production voire de l’améliorer avec des métiers comme la mécanique, l’électro-instrumentation, les méthodes (maintenance conditionnelle & GMAO), la menuiserie, l’usinage et ceci en partenariat avec nos sous-traitants in-situ.

Du fait de la nature des interventions, notre remise en question est quotidienne. En effet, nous devons réfléchir à plusieurs solutions pour élaborer le meilleur plan d’action afin d’atteindre l’objectif tout en maitrisant le budget, prévoyant l’imprévu et en respectant les règles HSE.

Ingénieur procédés

Après 3 ans en bureau d’études au Havre dans le domaine pétrochimique, j’ai rejoint METEX NØØVISTA en août 2022 en tant qu’ingénieur procédés. J’ai choisi de travailler au sein du Groupe METEX car j’avais envie de m’éloigner de la pétrochimie et de rejoindre une entreprise plus en accord avec mes valeurs écologiques comme METEX qui conçoit et propose des produits chimiques issus de fermentation comme alternatives à ceux issus de l’industrie pétrolière.

Mon travail consiste à gérer l’optimisation et le développement des installations de l’usine à Carling St-Avold. Ce qui me plaît dans mon travail, c’est son aspect très concret. Je connais l’intégralité des procédés, depuis les matières premières jusqu’à la sortie de nos effluents donc je suis directement confrontée aux difficultés que les équipes rencontrent, je saisis les enjeux et surtout je participe à l’aboutissement des projets au sein de l’usine. De plus, en travaillant au sein d’une petite structure, j’entretiens un contact étroit avec toutes les personnes de l’usine et cela me permet d’être au courant des problématiques spécifiques à chaque service, un aspect qui me manquait durant mon expérience en bureau d’études.

With the help of IT support and its continuous improvement, I handle and monitor urgent requests and provide appropriate solutions to problems in collaboration with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This job gives me a lot of pleasure, and I put a lot of energy, attention, responsiveness and responsibility into it. Every difficulty I encounter develops my sense of service, my empathy and my ability to listen, all of which help me to hone my skills.

I joined the METEX team following my work experience placement at the end of my technical degree in biological and biochemical analysis. I was immediately motivated by the company’s values and its aim of finding sustainable alternatives to petrochemicals.

After more than 20 years’ experience, I moved to the position of assistant fermentation engineer, which combines both technical and human skills.

My role today is to coordinate a team that aims to optimise fermentation processes, from flasks to the 5m3 fermenter. I work directly with several platforms, including analysis, molecular biology and purification, which has enabled me to develop a wide range of skills. The quest for performance and adaptability are the driving forces behind my daily motivation.

At Metex, I’m committed to ambitious projects that will help build a greener industrial future.

Following a Master’s degree in business information systems and 7 years as IT Manager in a company building single-family wooden houses, I joined the Metabolic Explorer group as Application and Technical IT Project Manager in the Information Systems Department.

My main tasks within the IT Department and the METEX Group are steering and managing cross-functional IT projects, administering Microsoft 365 tools, providing user support and playing a role in cyber security.

Framing and defining needs, finding solutions, managing a schedule, documentation and training are the essential pillars of successful projects.

Above all, you need to keep quality, cost and deadlines in mind.

In 2019, I was promoted to Fermentation Unit Manager, where I am responsible for ensuring the continuity and regularity of production operations.

My role also involves managing teams of talented professionals while ensuring that health, safety, environmental and quality regulations and procedures are applied.

I was able to help complete the construction of the plant, which was a first for me.

This enabled me to discover the whole process of fermentation using renewable raw materials. It’s an innovative company, both in terms of its fermentation process and the green transition, and the only plant in Europe producing PDO and AB. It provides a more environmentally-friendly alternative to fossil-based derivatives.

Our main client is a world leader in the personal care ingredients market.

My work includes different functions:

  • the reception of raw materials, the unloading of vegetable glycerine, which is our main raw material, and the unloading of sulphuric acid and ammonia, which are essential elements in the composition of our final product.
  • the packaging of the finished product (PDO) in various containers such as 25kg drums, 200kg barrels or 1000kg IBCs.
  • the conditioning of the by-product, butyric acid, which can be used in animal nutrition.

The ambition of the METEX Group and its management is to become the world leader in functional ingredients produced by fermentation.

My own ambition is to play an active part every day in achieving this goal.

Microbiology Industrial Property Officer (St-Beauzire)

With a passion for micro-organisms, I worked for several years as a researcher in academic laboratories to understand how they work. Then, given their extraordinary potential for technological innovation, I became interested in innovative companies using them and in Industrial Property. I joined METabolic EXplorer (METEX) in October 2022 as an Industrial Property Engineer.

METEX uses bacteria to produce bio-sourced molecules without petrochemicals, and therefore with benefits for sustainable development and the planet, which fits perfectly with my interests. Thanks to METEX’s confidence, I was able to join the Industrial Property department, which protects the innovations of the group’s subsidiaries and ensures the freedom to operate the various projects. I was also able to benefit from personalised training to develop my dual skills in Industrial Property. In my day-to-day work, I combine microbiology, industrial property and innovation. I analyse invention statements by the R&D teams and patentability studies. I carry out freedom-to-operate studies as part of the Group’s developments. In addition, I’m responsible for monitoring the competition and following up the procedures for granting patent applications in France and abroad, in collaboration with the appointed patent attorneys. The aim is to protect METEX’s innovations as effectively as possible and obtain a fixed-term operating monopoly. This also enables METEX to enhance the value of its assets, increase its visibility and attractiveness and stand out from its competitors.

It’s an exciting job, with major responsibilities and a lot of collaboration. Sometimes there are difficulties to overcome but they are always constructive, and never routine or boring. And all this in a dynamic, innovative and human environment that reflects METEX’s values.

I joined METEX in its early years in 2003 with a remit to bring general accounting in-house and set up cost accounting, which is a key management and decision-making tool for the management team.

Over time, the finance department has been structured to support METEX’s development and growth, enabling the company to stand out thanks to its business model. Over the course of my career, I’ve been lucky enough to play an active role in a number of fund-raising operations, marking decisive moments in METEX’s history, such as the company’s IPO in 2007. This remarkable event marked a major turning point in the company’s development, paving the way for the production at scale of its technologies.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve been able to progress in my duties, and today, as Administrative and Financial Manager, I work in the Group Finance Department. My main role is to ensure meticulous financial management by supervising accounting, tax, cash flow and control and reporting operations for METEX’s parent company and its industrial subsidiary in Moselle. I’m also responsible for consolidating the Group’s accounts, a task that has taken on an even greater dimension with the inclusion of our new industrial subsidiary in Picardy.

For me, working at METEX is an exciting adventure. Our company is constantly on the move. It’s led by a visionary founder and management team who are determined to succeed, thanks to teams with incredible commitment who are ready to rise to any challenge. This environment is inspiring and stimulating and makes my job even more exciting.

Mechanical Maintenance Manager (Amiens)

I’ve been working at the Amiens site for 14 years, and after more than 13 years as a mechanical maintenance technician, I’m now Mechanical Maintenance Manager at METEX NØØVISTAGO.

As a manager, my primary values are safety, humanity and professionalism, which require curiosity, rigour and perseverance.

Maintenance jobs are very versatile: they require technical, administrative and communication skills, because we work with several departments such as production, supply-chain, accounting, IT and the inspection department.

At the 40-hectare METEX NØØVISTAGO site in Amiens, France, my teams and I have expertise in a wide range of technologies (rotating machines, evaporators, fermentation equipment, purification station, packaging, liquid/solid filtration).

The aim of our action is to maintain and even improve the production facilities, using skills such as mechanics, electro-instrumentation, methods (condition-based maintenance & CMMS), joinery and machining, in partnership with our on-site subcontractors.

Because of the nature of our work, we have to challenge ourselves on a daily basis. We have to think of several solutions to develop the best action plan to achieve the objective, while controlling the budget, anticipating unexpected developments and complying with HSE rules.

Process Engineer (Carling)

After 3 years in a design office in Le Havre in the petrochemical sector, I joined METEX NØØVISTA in August 2022 as a process engineer. I chose to work for the METEX Group because I wanted to get away from petrochemicals and join a company more in line with my ecological values, like METEX, which designs and offers fermentation-based chemicals as alternatives to those produced by the oil industry.

My job involves managing the optimization and development of the plant’s facilities at Carling St-Avold. What I like about my job is that it’s very hands-on. I’m familiar with the entire process, from the raw materials to the effluent outlet, so I’m directly confronted with the difficulties that the teams encounter, I understand what’s at stake and, above all, I’m involved in the successful completion of projects within the plant. What’s more, working within a small structure, I’m in close contact with everyone in the plant, and this enables me to keep abreast of the issues specific to each department, an aspect I lacked during my experience in the design office.
